Event Producer

Salary: Dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of creative content
• Management of marketing & promotions
• Talent coordinations, staffing coordination
• Work well with other event producers
• Compile weekly reports and quarterly key performance reports
• Can scale productions well and delegates responisablity well
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all partners and look at ways of constantly improving the offering
• Develop a Brand while still producing a fresh atmosphere at every event
• Meet regularly with finance to review budgets and manage effectively

Other Responsibilities:

• Produce and implement a marketing plan to increase the profile and reach of the website and brand
• Talent development, spend time and effort to develop our own resident Djs
• Liaise with other departments within the business

Experience: (note: we value effort over experience)

• Experience in event production
• General knowledge of music and artists
• Business Plan, and/or proposal writing experience
• Experience in other roles involving marketing or promotions

With the ability to create appealing events with a focus on commercial appeal and building up the reputation of our brand.
